Research International China is a joint venture
between South China Marketing Research Ltd (SCMR) and Research
International Group Ltd. It represents a unique blend of international
experience and local insight.
SCMR was established in early 1990, and was the first business
consultant in China. It is the largest domestic marketing research
agency, the head office is in Guangzhou with branches in Shanghai,
Beijing, Chengdu, Shenyang, Wuhan and Dalian. Research International,
the world’s largest custom research agency was established
in the UK in 1973. It now has full-service offices in over 50
countries and experience in over 130 countries.
Staffing
The company has the first generation of China market
researchers on their staff working across the seven offices and
engaging in research in five main areas: Qualitative consumer
and business research Quantitative consumer research, Media research,
Retail audits and census industry studies. With years of experience
in research the China market, they have acquired a deep understanding
of China consumer language, psychology and behaviour.
